White Rock, B.C., -- Moventis Capital, Inc. (Moventis) (OTCBB:MVTS) announces that financial and business leaders Miljenko Horvat, Mark Reed, Tom Gill and George Dorin have joined the Moventis advisory board. It is hoped they will apply their hands-on expertise growing, leading and financing successful companies and decades of combined experience with mergers and acquisitions, corporate financings and business strategy to help drive growth and value for Moventis and its portfolio companies. Earlier this week, Moventis announced its launch and the formation of a veteran management team and board of directors.

Joining the advisory board is Miljenko Horvat who brings more than 20 years experience managing large financial institutions and private investment companies, including 11 years with Citibank, where he established operations in Russia and was Managing Director responsible for a $25 million private equity program. As co-founder of New York-based NewspaperDirect, Horvat grew the company from two to 60 employees and raised $12.5 million in funding. The company is now valued at $30 million. Currently, he directs Horvat Captial Corp. in angel investing and leveraged buyout acquisitions of middle-market companies in affiliation with the Riverside Company, a New York-based leveraged buy-out firm with $1.3 billion under management. A graduate from Yale University with a master's degree in international relations with an international finance focus, Horvat is currently an advisory board member for the Maurice Young Center for Entrepreneurship at the Sauder School of Business, University of British Columbia.

Bringing more than 25 years of high technology executive management and consulting experience to the Moventis advisory board is Mark Reed. A noted industry authority on leadership and performance improvement, Reed is an adjunct professor of leadership with the Graduate School of Management at George Fox University and serves on several corporate and non-profit boards. He founded and currently runs Portland, Oregon-based High Ground Partners, LLC, where he applies a unique approach to assist companies in improving performance across all facets of their businesses including cost reductions and strategy realignments. In this capacity, Reed has advised various technology and services companies in the Pacific Northwest as Chairman, CEO and in other senior executive capacities. These companies include In Focus Systems, Webtrends, Envoy Global and @Once. Reed currently is retained as an executive coach for some of the area's most prominent CEOs and high potential future leaders.

A Chartered Accountant and graduate from the London School of Economics, George Dorin brings invaluable experience in financial management, corporate finance and public offerings to Moventis in his role as an advisor. With more than 25 years experience, Dorin began his career in public accounting with Price Waterhouse and Ernst and Whinney and moved on to executive director, CFO and corporate secretary positions with both private and publicly traded companies. Currently, he is CFO and corporate secretary for Norsat International, Inc., a satellite solutions company trading on the TSX and NASDAQ OTCBB exchanges.

Rounding out the advisory board is Tom Gill who adds a wealth of knowledge in operations, finance, acquisitions, divestitures, strategic alliances and public reporting gained through finance and operations roles at several companies in the hardware and software industries. These companies include Sierra Wireless, Tantalus Electronics and the Infosat and Amplifier Solutions divisions of Nexus Engineering. As COO and CFO with Silent Witness, Gill helped grow the company from $5 to $59 million and negotiate the sale to Honeywell for $89 million. As President of TG Consultants, he currently works with high technology company boards and senior management teams to improve sales, marketing, research, development and finance operations.
